Here is an "Ancient" one.....

....AND IT WAS A CHALLENGE THAT INVOLVED SOME VERY TEDIOUS WORKMANSHIP!

It is always wonderful to do a radiator “job” that has so much history to it. When Harold was a very small lad, he drove this tractor. His legs weren’t long enough to reach the pedals so his father built onto the foot pedal so his feet would reach it. Years later the tractor was sold. Many years later, Harold found the tractor, he knew it was his dad’s by the addition that was attached to the foot pedals. However, it was in need of restoration, so he and his family began the long and drawn out process. His grand daughter Julie brought the heavy (with cast iron tanks) radiator to us on a hot summer afternoon. It was to be ready for Harold’s 97th birthday, but due to time issues, we didn’t make the deadline. When the tractor was all together, Harold’s family took the picture and sent this to us in the form of a postcard, along with a letter. This has remained one on our most special “jobs.” A special thanks to Harold’s family for allowing us to share this story.
